Born in Corleto in 1956, Frank was one of the earliest Italians to emigrate to Hartford having spent 53 years  here when he died in 1936!

Two of his childre, Dr. John F. Sagarino would go on to become, in addition to a well known doctor also chairman od the school district while his brother Rocco would become alderman and serve on a number of commissions and town positions!
